Cupful of Calm is our family’s favourite evening blend — a soft, grounding herbal tea made to help you unwind, reset, and ease into your own rhythm again.

It’s the kind of brew you reach for when the day has felt a bit heavy… or when you just want to wrap both hands around a warm mug and breathe deeper for a moment.

This Mindful Blend brings together soothing chamomile, bright lemongrass, warming ginger, nourishing moringa, and gentle mullein — a comforting, earthy mix that feels like a slow exhale in tea form.

It’s beautiful on its own, but it’s magic with a drizzle of local honey.

How to Brew

1 tsp per cup • 95°C water • Steep 3–5 minutes
(You can re-steep for a lighter, milder sip.)

Serving Size

• 25g pouch: approx. 20 - 25 cups

• 50g pouch: approx. 45 - 50 cups
  (Depending on how strong you like it.)
