Body & Soul Flow Returns & Refund Policy
At Body & Soul Flow, every product is mindfully made with care, intention, and natural ingredients. We want you to love what you receive — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or personal preference once a product has been opened or used.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you that it has been received and approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at bodyandsoulflow@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
